Who can use the offer?

The agent with special authorisations offer defined in the Rules of the service is open to:
  • LEI agents operating for at least six months;
  • banks and brokerage firms,
  • investment firms and custodian banks acting as an issue agent,
  • reporting participants of the Trade Repository and participants of the KDPW ARM,
  • central securities depositories,
  • members of the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA).

The reference data of entities which have been issued LEIs by KDPW are published on the KDPW website and disclosed to the GLEIF. The data are kept up to date. If you have any doubts about reference data published by KDPW, report them. We will check them for you!
