Amendments that came into force on July 1, 2025, adopted by Resolution No. 538/2025 of the KDPW Management Board of June 17, 2025.

The amendments concern:
  • removal of provisions concerning a special fee for renewing an LEI code after its expiry date,
  • removal of provisions concerning the possibility of communicating with KDPW as part of the LEI service via the automatic data exchange system between the KDPW application and the user application (A2A interface),
  • specification of provisions concerning the deadline for returning funds to the user in the event that the data held by KDPW is not sufficient to return an overpayment, resulting, among other things, from paying a fee in an amount higher than required.
The amendments are of an organizational nature, are not related to the processes of handling LEI codes by KDPW and do not require any action on the part of clients.

The reference data of entities which have been issued LEIs by KDPW are published on the KDPW website and disclosed to the GLEIF. The data are kept up to date. If you have any doubts about reference data published by KDPW, report them. We will check them for you!
